The deposit becomes available 21 days after the car is returned, if no speeding or other fines have been detected during this time. The amount is returned to the credit card of the Russian bank through which the payment was made. If the deposit is made to a foreign bank card, it is not withdrawn, but is frozen for 21 days after the end of the rental. After that the freeze is automatically canceled.
